Return Eligibility and Conditions
Returns are accepted in accordance with applicable laws and our official return policy, outlined below:
Products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety regulations.
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns made after this period may not be accepted.
Customers must provide proof of return shipment, including a valid tracking number.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be issued only after our team has confirmed the product’s condition and packaging integrity.
The company reserves the right to deny any refund or order fulfillment in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, or when insufficient return documentation is provided.
Refunds and Costs
Refunds will be processed only after our team has verified the product’s condition and confirmed the packaging remains intact.
Refunds apply to product cost only.
Shipping charges (both outbound and return) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our official promotions or policies.
Shipping fees (to and from the customer) and a $9 fee for each package within the shipment are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Authenticity Verification and Code Validation
To protect against counterfeits, fraud, and unauthorized returns, each Alpha Dualis product is equipped with a holographic security sticker featuring a unique code concealed beneath a scratch-off layer.
Prior to initiating a return, the Customer is required to:

Carefully remove the scratch-off layer from the holographic sticker;
Submit the unique code through the contact form on the official website at https://alphadualis.com/contact-us/ for verification;
Provide supporting documentation, including but not limited to a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase;
Await confirmation of successful verification from Alpha Dualis customer support.
The verification process may take up to three (3) business days from the moment the code and supporting documentation are received by the Company.
Important:
Returns of products for which the unique code has not been successfully pre-verified, or where the verification process has not been completed, may be rejected, and any refund may be denied.
The Company reserves the right to deny a return or refund in cases including, but not limited to:
Failure to submit the code for verification;
Failure to provide required supporting documentation;
Submission of an incorrect, invalid, previously used, or duplicate code;
Any mismatch between the submitted code and the returned product;
Evidence of counterfeiting, opening, or tampering with security or packaging elements.
